Sharp, demanding, aggressive ink pressed hard into the paper.
Valeria held it in her hands.
She felt the rough texture of the envelope.
She closed her eyes.
Her breathing slowed. One deep inhale. One long exhale.
She didn't open it.
She didn't need to read his manipulation or his excuses.
