Chapter 1 - The Silent Tears
The church was completely silent,
as the bride stared at the phone.
She saw the happy couple,
and her heart shattered.
The groom fell to his knees,
begging for her forgiveness.
She looked down at him,
feeling pure disgust.
The maid cried loudly,
holding her phone tightly.
"You promised me forever,"
the maid whispered.
The bride dropped her bouquet,
watching the flowers scatter.
She took off her veil,
and threw it away.
"The wedding is over,"
she announced to everyone.
The guests started to whisper,
and people began to leave.
The groom tried to grab her hand,
but she pulled away.
