Chapter 39 - The Sister Hotel

The news of Julian Thorne’s abrupt dismissal from Vanguard sent shockwaves through the hospitality industry, but within the walls of the St. Moritz, there was only celebration. The shadow that had loomed over them for months was finally gone.

With Vanguard retreating to lick its corporate wounds, Sienna poured all her energy into the rebirth of The Grand Belle.

Months passed in a blur of scaffolding, fresh paint, and meticulous restoration. The dusty, abandoned chateau slowly transformed back into a breathtaking masterpiece. The original stone was cleaned, the frescoes were restored by master artisans, and the sprawling gardens were planted with vibrant, seasonal crops by the Gable family.

On a bright spring afternoon, Sienna walked through the newly finished main hall of The Grand Belle. The sunlight streamed through the massive, arched windows, illuminating the polished oak floors and the elegant, understated luxury of the decor.

Chef Andre walked out of the newly installed, state-of-the-art kitchen, wiping his hands on a clean apron.

"The first harvest from the gardens is in, Ms. Vance," Andre beamed, looking out the window at the rolling hills. "The menu is set. This kitchen... it is a chef's dream."

"You earned it, Andre," Sienna smiled, running her hand along the back of a plush velvet chair in the dining room.

Victoria arrived a moment later, carrying a stack of reservation ledgers. She had taken on the role of managing the public relations for the new property, and she thrived in the collaborative environment.

"We are fully booked for the opening weekend," Victoria announced, her voice filled with genuine pride. "And Monsieur Laurent has requested the premier suite to write an exclusive feature on the expansion."

"Excellent," Sienna said, looking around the magnificent room.

She walked out onto the grand stone terrace, overlooking the vast, green valley. The air was fresh and clean, devoid of the city's chaotic noise. She had done it. She had taken her father’s abandoned dream and built it into a living, breathing reality, securing the independence of their brand for generations to come.

"It’s beautiful, isn't it?" Victoria asked, stepping up beside her on the terrace.

"It is," Sienna agreed softly. "It feels like a promise kept."
